GRAVIATOR K-12
Cold Water Turbine for 0-point energy

Executive Summary

THE AIM
The development of a self-sufficient, continuant, ecologic and economical energy-supply for the private and commercial residential market, for industry and community services. The main object was a continuant energy-supply to compensate deficiencies of wind and solar.

GRAVIATOR K12
A buoyancy machine for the propulsion of conventional electricity generators with an output of 12 kW/hr and above (cascadable).

Funcionality:
This machine uses the buoyancy energy of air under water and runs endlessly without the aid of any external drives. Small foldable air bags are fixed to a vertical chain underwater and are filled with air, thus the buoyancy energy drives the chain.
Current service intervals are estimated at 5 years.

The size of the GRAVIATOR is a vertical tube about 8 metres high and a diameter of 1.40 metres. The GRAVIATOR is easily dug in the ground and is therefore invisible.

A mayor aim is it to reduce the cost per installed kW below EUR 1,600 which is considered realistic according to the present state of development and which is far lower than wind or solar energy and below the costs of nuclear energy.

THE MARKET
The target group in every licensed market-area is the supply of electric energy to single and multiple family segment, the industry and public service supplier. Several GRAVIATOR K12 unites can be connected together in order to reach higher capacities up to gig watt range. GRAVIATOR K12 is standing in direct competition to all present energy supplier and has the following advantages: a) lowest price per installed kWh; b) invisible island-solution; c) 24-hour electricity production independent of weather condition; d) low maintenance cost; e) no cost for fuel and no emissions.

THE INVESTMENT
The Investment amount run to 13,5 mio € to raise a pilot factory (without real-estate) for a series production including the BAWAC water treatment unit. The needed surface runs to 4.300 m² roofed area and approx. 3.000 m² open land.

The time schedule to series production (pilot manufacturing plant) is 14 months.

The production is scheduled at 6.300 units/yr (first year 2.500 units) in one shift (can be extended to 3 shifts per day).

A smaller GRAVIATOR with a capacity of 1 kW/hr is planned and can be realized within a few months.

A further investment of 5 mio. € is needed for the production of installation-units. This includes the development and production of a drilling / installation / maintenance unit. A dynamic ultra-sonic-system is planned to facilitate 2 installations within 8 hours.

YIELD ESTIMATIONS
Already in the second year – first production year – a growth yield of above 5 mio. € can be expected. For the further years a growth yield of 15 mio. per year can be expected in a one shift set-up.

STAFF
The number of staff depends on the daily unit production and the state of automatization. With a production of 6.300 units per yr. and an advanced series-production set-up approx. 355 member of staff are needed according to the present developed material-flow plans.

MARKETING
There have been planned 3 business areas:

a) the manufacture

b) the distributor

c) Installing and maintenance

MANUFACTURE
The producer is selling the unit to the distributor (leasing) at a price per unit at 19.200,- €

DISTRIBUTOR
The distributor is letting the units to the end-consumer selling electricity per kWh. A price below 10 cents per kWh is planned – for example 12 cents / 14 hrs day and 7 cents / 10 hrs night.

INSTALLING
The installer is handling the installation and maintenance at the end-customer. For an installation (delivery – drilling – installing – connecting) a fee of approx. 1.000,- €/unit is calculated. For this it needs a special vehicle. Estimated are 2 installation per day. With a daily factory output of 30 units approx. 15 installation vehicles + reserve are needed.

SUPPLIER
All special machines for series production are delivered by GRAFF-INNOVATION company. Practically everything can be produced in-house except material supply. Due to economic reasons some areas will be out-sourced at the beginning.

KNOW HOW
All persons involved in the invention and development have a life-time experience in technical inventions and development of different products and they are holding various patents and awards such as the desired LEONARDO AWARD.

PATENTS
The GRAVIATOR K12 has been entered for patent in Germany. PCT and foreign patents are in preparation.

RISKS
Since no prototype has been build yet (only working models) there are still risks in the decision of materials procedures and consequently learning development.
A further risk can be seen in the easy copy possibility and the difficulties in fighting patent violations especially with financially big companies due to high court expenses. However extensive considerations have been adopted to secure a timely market advantage.

FAQs

Is GRAVIATOR K12 a perpetuum mobile?
No, because it needs gravitation in order to run. According to scientific textbook knowledge gravitation is not considered an energy, but – as even the Frauenhöfer Institute lately had to admit – some of the scientific textbook theorems have to be replenished according to today’s scientific discoveries.

That gravitation is indeed an energy shows the fact that you have to add more energy to a car driving up a hill (more acceleration). And how could a car roll down a hill without the energy of gravitation?

How does the drive-energy function with the GRAVIATOR K12?
1 m³ air is lifting in water a weight of 1 ton with 1 kilopond in 1 sec. To lift 1 m needs the power of 1 kW.

GRAVIATOR K12 is lifting 1.050 kg 1,4 m high in one second. Hereof the following formula can be taken:
1050 x 1,4
      75         = 19,6 kW/h

Deducting all losses there are remaining 12 – 13,1 kW/h.
The performance of the GRAVIATOR K12 depends on the location due to the variation of gravity-power on the planet.

Is it possible to produce higher capacities with the GRAVIATOR K12?
GRAVIATOR K12 is cascadable (several units connected in line). A GRAVIATOR K12-gigawatt plant (the capacity of a nuclear power plant) could be realized at a cost of below 1.000,- € per installed kW/h and this without risks, extreme low staff-cost and no CO²-emissions.

What are the advantage of a GRAVIATOR K12?
One doesn’t see it , its dug in to the ground.
One doesn’t hear it, because it is running slow and quite
It doesn’t anti-coolant, because at 1 m below ground is no frost risk.
It is extreme secure. GAU*-possibilities = loss of water.
It needs no fuel, performance out of gravitation.
It doesn’t produce toxic emissions because it doesn’t burn fuels.
It is running and producing 24 hrs  no deficiencies like with solar and wind energies.
*GAU = the most serious accident possible

All this results in:
Machine-construction instead of petrol-oil production and burning off.
Cold and endless drive energy.
Energy at an outmost low price.
Decentralized – island – solution supply / no overland cables.
Even mega and giga Watt plants are possible.
An important contribution to climate-control.
Modern invisible energy-production.

The system is developed and proofed functioning. It is in our hands if we continue to exploit our planet, continue to destroy nature and life, or if we start using the most modern, advanced, clean and secure energy-system of the world in order to give back to humanity and nature what creation once had given us: a better life.

GRAVIATOR K12 is able to cover the entire need of electricity of the world.
